1) Smart Crockpot

Belkin released their version of a “smart” crockpot in partnership with Jarden Consumer Solutions. is the first smartphone-controllable slow cooker on the market. Used with the WeMo iOS or Android smartphone app, you can adjust the crock pot’s settings from anywhere, get reminders, change the cooking time, adjust the temperature, use the timer, or check the status of your dish so you can come home to a perfectly cooked meal.

The Samsung “Family Hub” Refrigerator is outfitted with an outstanding number of features. For $3,800 at Best Buy, this fridge includes a large touchscreen for your household members to put in their schedules, leave notes for one another, order your groceries, listen to some music, or watch television. There are also three cameras on the inside, which will take a picture and email it to you every time you close the door. No more guessing if you need a quart of milk!



3) Sleep with a High IQ

The SleepNumber IT Bed will track your every move while you slumber. Aimed to improve our sleep quality (something we are failing at), the bed’s embedded sensors track heart rate, breathing and any movement. Then it delivers (via the SleepIQ app) suggestions for you about bed times, mattress firmness and overall sleep hygiene. It will also communicate with your FitBit and Nest Thermostats to customize your environment and sleeping patterns.



4) Moss Wall Garden

Delivered in frame, this preserved moss wall garden contains a variety of moss and hanging amaranthus to create a miniature landscape with textured, rolling hills in subtle shades of green. This is an unusual way to bring nature inside and keep it close all the time.
