1) 3rd Annual Party for Miracle on Main Street
On Monday, November 7th the Hingham Downtown Association is hosting the 3rd Annual Miracle on Main Street cocktail party and auction to benefit Hingham’s Christmas in the Square. Starting at 7:00 pm at Tosca, come enjoy delicious food, cocktails (cash bar) and live music while also supporting the kick off to the holiday season with Christmas in the Square. Tickets cost $50 a person and you may purchase tickets online at the Miracle on Main Street Eventbrite page.

2) Notre Dame’s The Wizard Of Oz
Notre Dame Academy’s International Thespian Troupe is set to perform the Wizard Of Oz starting on Friday, November 4th at 7:30 pm. Additional show times are Saturday, November 5th, also at 7:30 pm, and Sunday, November 6th for a matinee at 2:00 pm. All shows are held at Notre Dame Academy, 1073 Main Street in Hingham. Tickets for this production are $10 a person for students and seniors, and $12 a person for adults.

3) St. Luke’s Annual Harvest Fair
It’s time for the St. Luke’s Annual Harvest Fair on Saturday, November 5th from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. This is a much loved community event with activities like the silent auction, homemade ornaments, baled goods, jewelry and more. St Luke’s is located on First Parish Rd. and Route 3A.

4) Live Classical Music at James Library
The James Library, 24 West Street in Norwell, presents an afternoon of live, classical music featuring Lincoln Center pianist Gloria Chien and New England Conservatory faculty member and violinist Soovin Kim. The performance begins at 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 6th and tickets are $25 for adults, $22 for seniors and $10 for students. After the program, guests are invited to a reception in the art gallery.

5) Wellspring Annual Gala
Tonight, Friday, November 4th, Wellspring Multi-Service Center hosts its annual fundraising event titled, “Branching Out: An Enchanted Evening for Wellspring.” This gala will take place at the newly renovated ballrooms at The Nantasket Beach Resort, 45 Hull Shore Drive, in Hull. The ballrooms will be transformed into an enchanted forest where amazing food from all of the South Shore’s finest restaurants will be served. There will also be a live auction, music and dancing making this one of the South Shore’s most memorable nights.
