This well known Carver, MA event is open all weekends and Monday holidays from September 3rd until October 23rd, with the hours of 10:30 am until 6:00 pm. If you have never been, words are not enough to aptly describe the 80 wooded acres filled with color, rides, games, acrobats, fire eaters and non-stop entertainment that you really can’t see anywhere else on the South Shore. There are 8 stages that feature things like battling knights on horseback, period appropriate talents and comedic skits. Food is also of the times and includes roasted turkey legs and stews. Wander through the presentations of pottery, period clothing, leather, armor, and moccasins and stop to see sword making and glass blowing. For the more daring, indulge in psychic readings.
